I picked up my Ridge XR HVAC in June and like the machine. Have a belt slip when taking off. I have roughly two thousand miles on machine with original belt. I pulled the clutch cover off today and see the drive belt sitting low (about 1/4" below being flush) in the secondary clutch. From my experience with snowmobiles we always wanted the belt to ride high in secondary(flush or above secondary) so you had lowest starting gear as possible. I looked for an adjustment on secondary but found no information on line. Guess I'll need to get service manual ordered. Maybe if someone knows of adjustment process, they can share.

I have 5 miles on mine now. But I did realize already I need a back up light. Where are people wiring in fuse blocks or is there one already installed? I have to add some lighting for behind me. Any ideas of wiring or where to find this info. Probably need a full service manual also. Kawasaki put a Reverse on these things. Why do they expect you to not use it at night so I can see when in R
