Wow, congrats! How's the interior cabin noise? Do you notice any heat coming from the engine bay?Dealer in NH could not firm my delivery date......Dealer in Rhode Island had one and i bought it on 5/24, I have 250 miles on so far and its a game changer!
Any update on when the Ridge will start hitting dealerships?
For being enclosed it is minimal and rattles are a none issue. my biggest complaint so far was the green house effect from the full glass cab. But i fixed that and tinted the windows. Heat is minimal from the engine bay. Oh and did i mention AC and no dust!! Remove the cabin air filter after a ride and blow off and your ready for the next dust free ride!Wow, congrats! Not bad quieter than then the Polaris Northstar and Can Am Defender full cabs and ac is colder! The engine sound i so smooth as expected with an In line 4What do you think of the cab noise?

Thanks for sharing your experience! I've had a Ranger Northstar Ultimate and currently have a Defender Lonestar Max. Both of those machines were pretty quiet up to about 30 mph, but after that, I've found anything with a cab gets pretty noisy. Maybe someone will do a sound test with all three soon and show us real-world numbers at the same speeds on the same road.Interesting.
I decided last fall that I wanted to upgrade from my open cab Defender to something with a cab... When they released the Ridge in January I decided it was the machine I wanted (I am a big fan of Kawasaki products) and that I would wait for it rather than upgrading to something else immediately. I test drove a Ridge limited last Friday and walked away from the test drive very disappointed in the noise level. It was just really loud over 30mph. I bought a Ranger Northstar yesterday instead as it was FAR quieter.
Noise was really my only complaint with the Ridge. I really liked the rest of the machine. Cab is large and comfortable. Noise is just really important for ME. My wife and son will be with me fairly often and I want to be able to converse at road speed (40-50mph) without yelling. I don't have the best ears either which doesn't help. I can assure you all that I am not brand loyal, or here to bash. I had a Mule Pro that I LOVED, I can't recommend that machine enough. I also have a KLX 300 that I really enjoy. Just here sharing MY experience.... curious to what others think as more Ridges show up. I was on a list at another local dealer that called today and said they have both a Limited and HVAC in stock. He said he's also disappointed in how loud they are.
Glad to hear the cab seals up nice.
