Hi Everyone. I currently have a 2018 FXR with 8000 miles, but am seriously considering buying a new 2024 Ridge. The one drawback is they don't offer the Camo color. Any rumors when the 2025 model Ridge will be out, changes, etc?

Welcome to the forum! I haven't heard anything about 2025 models yet, but I believe they announced the Ridge in November last year, so if there are any updates, we should hear about that in the coming months.

Welcome to the forum! I agree, it shouldn't be too much longer before we hear about the 2025 changes.

Okay, I've decided to wait for the 2025 Kawasaki Ridge Limited, and am wondering if anyone here has heard rumors of when the 2025 Limited will be released. I'm hoping for a camo color, plus a fix for the few little quirks of the 2024 model, slow speed jerkiness, etc.

You might kick some tires on a 2024 model to see how good of a deal you can get. It might be worth it if you can save several thousand dollars on a 2024 model and get instant gratification.

Thanks for your advice, but I've already test drove the Ridge Limited, and yes, I'd probably save at least $4,000 by buying the 2024 model. Hey, now you've got me reconsidering my wait for the 2025. However, I'm still enjoying my 2018 FXR with 8500 miles. At age 82, and in failing health, I want the comfort of the cab, heater ,and air conditioning.

Bought my xr for 29500 out the door.. was 38000 out the door a month ago

It sounds ike you got an excellnt deal. If I could buy the Limited for around that price, I'd do it now. The dealership has offered me $8000 trade in for my 2018 FXR, and the amount I would have owed was a little more than $27,000. Your deal sounds better!

Update: I ordered my new 2025 Camo Kawasaki Ridge HVAC on 21 January & the estimated delivery is two to 6 weeks. I just sold my old 2018 FXR Mule.

Congratulations! The time is going to drag by, /me thinks!

Please keep us updated!

Yep, time will go slow until the new Ridge arrives. I've sold my FXR Mule to my neighbor & he's going to let me keep it until my new rig arrives. The rumors are that Kawasaki will start shipping next month. And thanks for the congradulations!

That's a heck of a friend!

Yes, he is a good friend, actually a neighbor, too. He already has a Polaris 500 that he uses for plowing snow, and plans on keeping both side by sides. I now feel weird driving my Mule, knowing it isn't really mine.

If you are anything like you, if it's someone else's you treat it with more care and respect. I don't mind beating on my own stuff a little -- but if it belongs to someone else it gets the white glove treatment.

I think we are the same; in reality, I won't drive the FXR unless necessary to pick up large packges at my mailbox, which is 1/4 mile away. I normally walk to my mailbox, but use the Mule when large packages are expected. At my age, just days away from 83, my energy level is dwindling. Plus, being old, I don't beat on stuff, and my 2018 FXR is almost like new, but has over 8800 miles.

I had a typo, but you got my point.

Congratulations on the age, sounds like you are doing great and we are glad to have you on the site!

Thanks, but I'm still shocked that I've lived this long, especially since the life expectancy of males in the U.S. is 77 years. This site is well done, and it's shocking that it has few comments, etc.

It's relatively new and it does have some competition (I don't think they are as good as us though, but I am biased.

We are growing, slowly but surely! Thank you for helping us do that and contributing to the community.
